Payment

We accept payment by the following methods:

Returns

We will refund the purchase price of any item that is returned in the condition it was sent within 14 days. Please include the return slip that is sent with the item, and the original presentation box. Preferably use the packaging that the item was sent in.

Alterations and replacements

If you find that you need a different size ring, chain or cord, return the item to us with the return slip and we will alter the item or replace it with a similar one of the correct size. There is no charge for this, although we cannot refund the postal costs that you incur in sending an item back to us.

We send a ring size gauge with all ring orders, and will send you one free of charge before you order if you wish.

Post and packaging

Items are despatched to get to you within five working days of your order in the UK, ten working days everywhere else. Delivery times for bespoke items are agreed at the time of order.

We send all orders by Royal Mail's Special Delivery service in the UK, which guarantees next day delivery and provides insurance against loss. Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets service is used outside of the UK. The total cost of carriage and packaging is £5 in the UK and anywhere in the world.
